Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of Violation #3444315 DETAILS: Contacted operator to let her know about the source sample violation. I reminded her that since the system has UV they need to take an annual source sample. She said that she would have the source sample drawn when the lab is out to sample the routine quarterly coliform. I told her that would be fine. ACTION NEEDED: Return To Compliance when sample is taken.
