Details: SUMMARY: follow up to sanitary sewage backup into lower Willamette DETAILS: I notified Sheri of OERS # 2014-0700 (spill of 6,000 gallons of raw sewage into the lower Willamette River in Portland). The City has an intake on the Columbia River downsteam of the spill location. ACTION NEEDED: No action at this time.
