| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for positive repeats DETAILS: All 3 repeats and triggered source sample positive for coliform (not e.coli) following 3/28 routine TC +. Well #2 AB was not running (typically doesnt run during winter), so only well #1 was sampled. Called Butch and he will be inspecting the well to see if any obvious contamination causes and will chlorinate the well over the weekend. We discussed public notice and they will distribute PN ASAP. System only bills quarterly so public notice will be a separate mailing. Butch will take follow up samples after chlorine is out of system. ACTION NEEDED: Find and Fix contamination problem. Ensure all chlorine residual is 0 before resampling. Send out public notice within 30 days and get copy to me. | ||
