Details: SUMMARY: ALERT COLI:12705 --- A routine distribution sample collected on 3-27-14 tested TC+ DETAILS: 3-31-14 ---A routine distribution sample collected on 3-27-14 tested TC+. I spoke with Chuck Michael and confirmed that since a source (assessment) sample was collected on 3-27-14, no triggered sample is due. I called Mary and advised her to collect four distribution repeats today and five temp routines in the month of April. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
