Details: SUMMARY: DBP violation DETAILS: Randy notified DWS 4/11/14 that samples were not taken as required for 1st quarter 2014 and he understood that a violation would be issued. ACTION NEEDED: System will get back on track with sampling in 2nd quarter 2014 and do an internal review of their DBP monitoring procedures.
