Details: SUMMARY: SNC investigation DETAILS: This was a site visit to the system to inquire about current operations and check on status of water system and missing water tests in regards to the above violations As well the purpose was to schedule an appointment to complete a sanitary survey. Upon my inquiry regarding above violations, I learned the required water tests were submitted by this system at the end of 2013 and very early 2014 hence the test results were not ready at the end of the year. For this reason the violations were generated. However the system had completed all required testing and as these violations are listed ad RTC the system should be back in compliance and no longer listed as a priority non complier after the nest round of violations are RTC. A sanitary survey is scheduled for end of April 2014 and the system has completed the required testing. ACTION NEEDED: None
