Details: SUMMARY: Discussed process of signing BCA DETAILS: Martin called to let me know that he presented the proposed bilateral compliance agreement (BCA) to the homeowners association and there was reluctance to sign the document and whether it is really necessary. Martin said he will call and discuss how bext to convesy the necessity of compliance with the arsenic MCL to the association. ACTION NEEDED: None
