Details: SUMMARY: A repeat distribution sample collected on 4-2-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 4-4-14 ---A repeat distribution sample collected on 4-2-14 tested TC+. This sample was collected at the same location as the 3-31-14 TC+ routine sample: a swivel type kitchen sink.4-7-14 ---- I submitted an invalidation request to DMCE based on the kitchen sink tap being the coliform source (all other samples were coliform free). ACTION NEEDED: See above.
