Details:	SUMMARY: PNC Resolution DETAILS: System received 10 point violation for confirmed e.coli on January 7, 2014. Only one repeat sample positive for Total. Worked with system, made site visit 1/9/14 (see Alert COLI 12570) and again 1/21 and verified .3ppm chlorine at office hose bib. No obvious cause of the e-coli. System took 2 verification samples on 1/13 and both absent. System then took 5 temp routines in February all absent. Routine monthly samples in March and April both absent. Sent RTC request to DMCE today to remove 10 point violation. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take monthly coliform and record free chlorine residual on lab slip. Take and record chlorine residual in system twice/week. Take DBP sample (dual sample set, one for TTHM and one for HAA5) each year in September at the "house" or office.
