Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: contact made by phone with Jonathan on 4/25/14 about the nitrate result of 8.93ppm from 4/17/14. Mr. Thompson stated they had a malfunction with the ion exchange system and are getting it repaired. They will continue to take quarterly tests. ACTION NEEDED: continue quarterly nitrate tests and chemical change form submitted to the state.
