Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Mike and informed him of the alert and asked him to do4 repeats right away, one from same site, one upstream and one downstream, one anywhere in distribution. I also asked him to do 5 temporary routines next month. He does think a piece of the seal from sink was found in sample and may have caused the problem ACTION NEEDED: none
