| Details: | SUMMARY: Spring sampl DETAILS: James Nusrala stated that a sample from the spring collection area is needed to determine if the source is clan or contaminated. I drove out to the store to talk with Derick. Derick will gain access to the collection area, collect sampling containers and follow procedures provided by James. Sample will be taken to the lab for testing. System continues on a boil water notice. I talked with Derick to obtain a source spring sample directly from the collection basin. I appears the is concerns in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: I talked with Derick who will take the spring sample on Friday or Monday, this is based on the triggered monitoring of a groundwater system. | ||
