| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from the routine sample collected 6/4/14. Spoke with Lois. The sample was collected from her bathtub. The tap was swabbed with alcohol then flushed for more than five minutes, however the bottle cap was set down during the sample collection. I advised Lois that four more routine samples were required this month due to the May coliform detection, and also that a triggered source sample must be collected. I advised collecting these five samples eary next week and see how those turn out before collecting any additional required repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect four more routine samples and a triggered source sample on Tuesday 6/10, then the required repeat samples later depending on those results. | ||
