| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic MCL alert DETAILS: I called the system and the operator Vicki Coons and told her about the test results which she had not received. She was concerned and was going to contact the person that runs the treatment system. She found out that the Arsenic Treatment system had failed the morning of 6/5/14-- her staff called Quality Water Systems –David Thunderbird, that morning but he did not come to service the system until 6/10/14. In the meantime Neilson Labs came and took a sample on the afternoon of 6/5/14. She will have the arsenic sampled on Monday or Tuesday. I told her that Mike Obereinger from Jackson will contact her and follow-up on any Public Notices or any other necessary actions that would be required. ACTION NEEDED: Mike Obereigner will follow-up with PN requirements and a confirmation sample. | ||
