Details: SUMMARY: Alert - Quarterly Arsenic Routine DETAILS: Max called to provide an update. He mentioned the water system is piloting an arsenic treatment system starting the week of June 23rd (3 week process) and if all goes well, they intend to have the full treatment installed and online in August 2014. The WS now has exceeded the RAA for arsenic and will need to issue public notice. They will also need to go through plan review with OHA DWS for the Tx. I contacted Marlyn Buchhloz (onsite manager) and he is going to issue the PN and provide me a copy. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on PN, Tx progress and plan review.
