Details:	SUMMARY: MCL vio for June 2014 DETAILS: System collected 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample on 6/29/14. 2 of the samples came back total coliform positive. One of them being the source sample. Will be speaking with the system week of July 7th. Will recommend treating well again and another round of flushing. ACTION NEEDED: System should take some corrective action to address the total coliform hits. Will need to send a public notice within 30 days. Need to take 5 routine samples in July 2014. A copy of the public notice is to be sent to DWS.
