Details: SUMMARY: ALERT - TC routine sample DETAILS: Called new contact Jeff and explained the repeat/triggered sample requirements. I also reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples in August. Jeff suspects the sample was due to the sample location (first aid room) where the sink is not used very often. I also discussed with Jeff the current violations the WS has from the last detection in April 2014. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat sample results and advise operator.
