Details: SUMMARY: Fluoride sample taken in June 2013 exceeding the MCL DETAILS: E-mailed Lisa:Last year we discussed that the fluoride sample taken 6/19/2013 exceeded the maximum contaminate level. You were going to do Public Notice and re-sample until the results were below the maximum contaminate level.There is no record for the Public Notice or any other samples for fluoride. ACTION NEEDED: 1/23/2014 Called Craig Walker, owner. He will take another sample ASAP.
