Details: SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up for significant deficiencies DETAILS: Significant deficiencies to be corrected from 6/9/14 survey.1. Screen or flap valve missing on overflow pipe. Screen installed 7/17/14.2. Well #1 and Well #3 missing bolts. Bolts installed 7/8/14.3. Vent on Flower well is not screened. Vent screened 7/17/14.4. Vent on McDougal well #2 damaged. Repaired 7/17/14.All deficiencies corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none.
