| Details: | SUMMARY: WSS followup DETAILS: 1. The UV unit is unapproved and it is my understanding you plan to remove the unit. If you choose to remove the unit please contact me so I can make an onsite inspection to verify the removal.- SYSTEM HAS COMPLETELY REMOVE D UNIT2. The system was required to take source water assessment samples on a yearly basis. This should be a directly from the well prior to any treatment. Since your sample tap is after the UV unit, there would need to have some verification the unit was not operational at the time of the sampling. The sample was not marked AS (Assessment Sample) thus the system did not get credit for such samples. To correct the violations #903500419 and #903500410, you will be required to take a sample from the well head and be sure to mark it AS. Once the UV unit is removed, the AS would not be required. NO LONGER REQUIRED IF NOT TREATING THE WATER3. The system has no written coliform sampling plan-- 4. The system has no written Maintenance and Operations Manual ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been addressed and corrected | ||
