| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample positive for total coliform DETAILS: Went to site and visited with Judy and Betty 8/7/14 to review the situation and drop off a copy of the public notice. They think the issue might be slugs as occurred in the summer of 2012. All noticeable slugs have been manually removed and the well was shock chlorinated on 8/4/14. They are now allowing the system to sit for 72 hours even though only a minimum of 8 hrs is necessary. They are also going to provide a copy of the public notice to all effected users of the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Finish flushing the system take 5 more tests in Sept 2014 reviewed this with operators. | ||
