Details: SUMMARY: RP Coliform Postive in Hand Pump DETAILS: Two RP samples were collected and submitted to DWP. I e-mailed Karl and Lou (concessionaire) to state they need to collect two additional samples in order to not revived a violation. I also stated they would then need to remove the hand pump until further notice. Due to E. Coli history at site I informed them they would either need to post a Tier 1 or Tier 2 public notice. 5 TR samples would also need to be collected in September in order not receive a violation. I told Karl to contact us ASAP to determine the action that they FS is proposing to take in regards to the contaminated hand pump. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 TR in September, remove hand pump now. Discuss issues with source.
