Details:	SUMMARY: SDWRLF Letter of Interest DETAILS: The Bly Water District provides water to 500 people (135 connections) in the City of Bly. The water system has a primary well which has experienced a reduction in production from 700 gpm to 300 gpm. The well pump was also heating up. Investigations by the well drilling company revealed that the well casing appears to be crooked. Previously provided recommendation to pursue replacement of the existing well. The District requested that the Circuit Rider provide analysis of system wide improvements so that they can pursue funding. Previously provided District with phased capital improvement recommendations. Coordinated with the District’s attorney regarding possible revisions to the capital improvements budget for needed improvements. ACTION NEEDED: Complete LOI process.
