| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for rt tc+ 8/15 DETAILS: Spoke to operator Eric on 8/19 and routine sample from 8/15 total coliform positive+. He had already taken 5 repeats (3 repeat and 2 triggered) and both wells absent but all 3 in distribution total coliform positive+. Discussed chlorinating reservoir and resampling. Eric will add chlorine to approx 2ppm, flush and have lab resample in a couple days. Discussed ensuring all chlorine is gone before sampling. There have been some broken sprinkler lines and one of two pumps is broken which may have contributed to problem? Discussed public notice and I will email public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: locate and address problem, chlorinate, resample. Post public notice on mail kiosk within 30 days and get copy to me. | ||
