Details: SUMMARY: Routine Nitrate sample exceeded 1/2 MCL DETAILS: Water operator called me on 8/28/2014. I spoke with Matt "water operator" about the sample exceeding 1/2 the MCL (sample result 6.20). I asked that he start quarterly monitoring of well #3. He will begin quarterly monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly monitoring
