Details: SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 9/18/13 DETAILS: I called the operator & left him a message to let him know about the positive repeat total coliform samples. I let him know that a public notice would be needed. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of August. I let him know to check of the springbox. I let him know that I could send him a copy of the public notice if he needed another copy. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice
