Details: SUMMARY: Distribution System Evaluation DETAILS: Deer Creek Estates is a rural subdivision near Aurora which has 144 connections and an estimated population of 350. The system has one well, which is treated for Iron with greensand filtration. The water system is approximately 40 years old. The distribution system is reportedly thin walled PVC and most of the isolation valves are non-functioning. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Adam Desemple to provide an evaluation of the aging distribution system and potential assistance with funding applications. Reviewed system information provided by OHA staff. Discussed system needs with Russ Langbehn by phone. ACTION NEEDED: Meet with system personnel on site.
