Details: | SUMMARY: Treatment Options for Potential GWUDI DETAILS: Jackson Creek Water Association serves 17 connections with approximately 45 people. The system is composed of a well that feeds into a 20,000 gallon steel reservoir. From here the water feeds to the booster pumps that pressurize a bladder tank. Chlorination is added after the bladder tank for iron removal. The CWS has been undergoing Microparticulate Analysis (MPA) Testing to determine the degree of surface water influence, if any. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Liza Newcomb to provide preliminary cost information regarding water treatment for GWUDI if it is needed. Provided water system with an approximate cost for an approved filtration system along with recommendations for building expansion, if needed. ACTION NEEDED: Complete MPA testing regime as required by the OHA-DWS. |
