Details:	SUMMARY: Three repeat samples collected on 9-17-14 tested TC+, one of which tested E coli+. DETAILS: 9-18-14 --- Contacted Gary about Positive E. Coli Repeat sample, he was currently taking boil water notices up the trailer park to hand out to all residents, and was going to inspect the system to try and figure out source of contamination. He is going to call in the morning and fax or email copy of boil water notice that was handed out. (Chad Petersen)9-19-14 --- Spoke with Gary: he distributed the boil water notices and will keep the notice in place while system is chlorinated (this weekend) and until he returns from being out of town and consults with our office on September 29, 2014.9-22-14 --- A copy of the public notice was received which was then faxed to OHA-DWS. The public notice indicates the system will be chlorinated and flushed. (Mike Obereigner). ACTION NEEDED: Five temp routines in October need to be collected.
