Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on boil notice due to high turbidity DETAILS: I called Scott (Board Member) to discuss possible support DWS might provide the Association as they address the high turbidity that has caused the boil water notice to be in effect since late September. I outlined several options offered in the past and possibly available in the future, including circuit rider technical assistance, performance based training for plants, site visits, etc. Scott indicated that the Association is trying to address excessive usage through fixing pipe leaks and installing meters on all connections- currently only 10 out of 70 connections have meters. He understands that the filter plant is seeing more flow than it is rated to effectively treat. We discussed the SRF program, and Scott indicated that the Board currently prefers to work within their current budget over accruing debt. ACTION NEEDED: DWS will continue to work with operator to provide support to address high turbidity and restore treatment within allowed limits to be able to lift the boil water notice. DWS will be available to answer questions on administrative support to the Association as desired.
