| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint investigation for too much chlorine. DETAILS: Mark received an anonymous complaint during a restaurant inspection about the chlorine residual at Western Hills on 9-11-14. Mark let me know about the complaint on 9-12-14. I performed a site visit to investigate the complaint & test the chlorine residual. I met the new onsite manager Bob Guyer. He indicated that false complaints have been a problem as they are evicting rentals from the property & switching to owned trailers at the facility. He said the DEQ had been called earlier & there were no findings. There was even evidence of tampering to set up the park. Bob let me test the residual. I used a DPD test kit & found .2 ppm chlorine. He indicated that the DRC Nick Owen tests daily & reading have been normal. I thanked Bob & will switch him to the primary contact. He said he is also the manager for J & M Mobile park PWS#4100688. I will be contacting him for a survey at that park soon. ACTION NEEDED: Update contact information. | ||
