| Details: | SUMMARY: Customer questions regarding public notice DETAILS: Ms. Houston had questions regarding the public notice she received for failure to install treatment and related health effects. She had concerns on how the notice had been delivered to reach all customers. We discussed how people should protect themselves from Cryptosporium and the process for reporting illness. We also discussed the low level detects in citys surface water that lead to treatment requirements. I advised that she talk to the city about her questions and concerns. I also gave her contact information for the county health department. ACTION NEEDED: No action at this time. | ||
