Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly nitrate test at 12.2 ppm DETAILS: Contacted the restaurant & spoke with Colleen Stogsdill. She was aware of the high nitrate detection. The previous high result was from the lab tech drawing the sample prior to treatment in the basement of the facility. She wasnt sure where the lab pulled the sample so she will try to figure out where the sample was taken. She said that they are also due for a service on the unit so they will have Fisher out to check on the unit & re-sample at the correct sample location in the facility. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sample results & respond as necessary
