Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly nitrate test at 12.2 ppm DETAILS: Stopped by the facility & met with Ken about the high nitrate result. The level that was detected in the sample seems to be reflective of raw water rather than treated water. Fisher pump arrived during my field visit to service the unit & sample the nitrate level. Ken will have fisher sample from this point on to ensure proper sample location. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sample results & respond as necessary
