Details: | SUMMARY: DBP test results in MCL violation for TTHM at 0.0922 ppm DETAILS: Spoke to Liza regarding the current DBP MCL violation. She stated that the test was taken at a site other than the one listed in SDWIS. The testing site listed in SDWIS is 700 NW James Place. She stated they have had elevated chlorine levels due to bringing the new storage tanks on line. We discussed the need to test quarterly. I told her I would research how long this needed to occur and what criteria would be evaluated to get them back to a standard testing schedule. Received an e-mail from Liza notifying her the lab they contract with to test the system that quarterly samples for DBPs were required. The lab replied that they would make the necessary schedule adjustments. We also discussed that she would no longer be the in charge of water system operations. I told her to let me know who was elected into the position so I could make the appropriate system information change. ACTION NEEDED: Work the Region 2 office to determine when quarterly test results would be evaluated. Submit chemical schedule monitoring change | ||
