Details: SUMMARY: MCL- 2/4 repeat total coliform positive for sample date 9/11/14 DETAILS: I contacted Tom to let him know about the 2 total coliform positive samples. I let him know that they will need to do a total coliform public notice. He said that he still had the template. I asked that he send a completed copy of the notice to this office/State. He indicated that he would email a copy. Tom said they are planning to disinfect the well, reservoirs & distribution system this coming weekend. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in the distribution system in October. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice & monitor follow up samples.
