Details: SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 9/22/14 DETAILS: The operator stated that the chlorinator had just run out of chlorine. He refilled the tank & it is working perfectly. He will send out a total coliform public notice. He will also take 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice & monitor further sampling
