Details: SUMMARY: SRF SD-2013-42 Capacity Assessment DETAILS: Conducted SRF Capacity Assessement for SD-2013-42 Olney-Walluski Replacement Reservoir and Distribution Pipeline project on June 12, 2014. Loan conditions recommended include 1) completing updated water loss study, 2) updating facilities map and process of keeping maps up to date, 3) updating coliform sample plan, 4) providing for back-up DRC, 5) Updating O&M manual, 6) updating ERP, and 7) developing records retention policy.
