Details:	SUMMARY: The completion date for the Corrective Action Plan has been extended to 12-17-14. DETAILS: 11-17-14 --- Tony Jurado requested additional time for making corrections to the significant deficiencies noted on the 3-20-14 water system survey. The completion date for the Corrective Action Plan has been extended to 12-17-14. I met with Tony today and approved the O&M Manual and Coliform Sampling Plan. Monitoring is current. ASR has been submitted to DWS. There are now three uncorrected significant deficiencies: disinfectant residual is not being monitoring twice weekly, CCR not distributed/certified, and Written Protocol for Non-DRC operators has not been established. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
