Details: SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI13522----- A routine sample collected 11-3-14 tested TC+ DETAILS: 11-5-14 --- Spoke with Bob regarding the TC+ routine sample collected on 11-3-14. He informed me Dan Perkins collected a triggered source and three distribution repeat samples. I informed Bob that five temp routines are due from the distribution system in December. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
