| Details: | SUMMARY: E-coli postive source assessment sample DETAILS: I received the results of an e-coli positive source assessment sample taken 12/22/14 from the well (SRC-AA). I called and spoke with Jerry Moran (541-451-2517) with the system. I explained that she needs to take 5 confirmation samples from the well within 24 hours. She said that her nephew took the sample and has left town for the next two weeks, so she didnt know who could take any follow-up samples. I recommended she call Edge Analytical labs (541-753-4946) to see if they could take the samples. She said she would contact the lab. I gave her my number and that I would try and reach someone at Linn County to follow up. On 12/24/14 I received a call from an employee from Star Water Systems who said he had been contacted by the system to collect the confirmation samples. I recommended he contact the lab to see when they can receive samples and when they might have results back. I gave him the number of the OHA Public Health duty officer (971-246-1789) to call if they get e-coli positive results back over the weekend. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 5 source confirmation samples. | ||
