Details: SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: The water system submitted two more routine total coliform samples and they both have detections. The WS is working with OHA DWP on plan review for a UV system. They issued a public notice on 12/19/14. I reminded them to take 5 temporary routine samples in January 2015. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on UV installation and monitoring
