Details: SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding operations of the system DETAILS: DMCE--- the system only used source AA ( Well #1) in 2014 so no assessment sample was reported in 2014 for AB ( well #2). Well #1 was the only well being operated when the December 28th sample was recorded. ACTION NEEDED: If well AB ( well #2) is used in 2015 then an assessment sample has to be taken for that source.
