| Details: | SUMMARY: Inquiry about violation notice for not submitting quarterly rad samples DETAILS: Gene called because Spring Street Analytical verified on the phone with him today that they received his third and fourth quarter rad samples, but the last sample DWS has on record is from May of 2014. Thus, Gene received a violation postcard. Maureen at Spring Street said that tomorrow, Kris will look for documentation that they submitted the samples to DMCE on time. If so, they will work with DMCE to demonstrate compliance and remove the violation(s). If they did not submit the results on time, the violations will stand. ACTION NEEDED: Spring Street Analytical will follow up to determine/demonstrate whether the required rad results were reported on time. | ||
