| Details: | SUMMARY: Four of five temporary routine samples for September are coliform positive DETAILS: The system has had on-going issues since July with positive coliform in the distribution system. At first it was thought to be due from a well pump replacement. The system has had two shock chlorination with negative results. Carolyn was instructed to submit a third public notice to the residents as well as to take a triggered source sample. She was also instructed to submit five temporary routine samples in October. The system is considering treatment by UV or chlorine. She was instructed that either of these options would need to be plan reviewed before they were installed.I did consult with Casey Lyon in the Springfield office about the issue. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the TSS and the temporary routine samples. Monitor implementation of treatment options. | ||
