Details: SUMMARY: NITRATE SAMPLE NOT FROM AN OREGON ACCREDITED LAB DETAILS: RECEIVED A FAXED NITRATE REPORT FROM JIM PURSWELL UNFORTUNATELY THE REPORT STATES THAT THE NITRATE SAMPLE WAS ANALYZED AT KUO TESTING LAB IN OTHELLO WASHINGTON WHICH IS NOT CURRENTLY RECOGNIZED AS AN ACCREDITED LAB FOR PUBLIC TESTING IN THE STATE OF OREGON.
