Details: SUMMARY: RTC GWR Violation #s 903500409, 903500410 and 903500409 DETAILS: System was required to take a source sample because of the UV treatment added. The treatment was taken off line sometime in 2013 but not physically removed from the system until the spring of 2014 when the system was responding to a significant deficiency of the current water system survey. The system has never had a TC positive sample since the beginning of sampling and added the UV unit just for "good measure". Since they do not treat or disinfect the system is not required to take the source water sample. A change of sampling schedule was submitted but the end date was set for Dec 2014 under the guidance of OHA. ACTION NEEDED: Return To Compliance for Ground water
