Details: SUMMARY: DBP sample taken at "unapproved location" DETAILS: Talked to Lisa. DBP sample was taken 9/17/2014 at Space #40. This is one of the sites furthest from the well.The web site says the sample was taken at a location that was not approved. Perhaps DWP did not know where the sample was taken? ACTION NEEDED: none
