Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey follow up DETAILS: Lori contacted me by phone to inform me that corrective actions have been taken in response to the survey conducted November 19, 2014 She stated the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) coliform sampling plan and Operations and maintenance Manuals (OMM) had been completed today. She stated that the application for waiver from construction standard form had been sent to the OHA on 1/8/15. She also stated she had obtained NSF approved bleak for residual maintenance use in the system by Jan 9, 2015. Mrs. Haury then provided an email to verify in writing that the corrective actions outlined have been completed. ACTION NEEDED: none
