| Details: | SUMMARY: SRC Confirmation Samples E.Coli + DETAILS: Tim called to tell me the 5 confirmation samples came back with coliform and E.coli. We discussed some options for the source. One being in order to continue using the source regardless of the Source Evaluation the well head needed to be raised to be 12 inches above grade. I told Tim I would submit a source evaluation request to the State and based on that report we would be sending him a corrective action letter. ACTION NEEDED: Continue on Boil Water Notice for Pro Shop Rest Rooms until corrective action is completed. | ||
